When should we book our wedding photography?

I would usually say as soon as you can in order to avoid disappointment and missing out on your chosen date.

Roughly around 12-18 months before.

What is the booking process?

Simply fill out the wedding contact form and I will get back to you as soon as I can with my brochure

What are the package options?

I have 2 full day packages with the option to add on additional extras.

If you are planning a smaller ceremony or looking for half the coverage – we can build a package around your plans.

So you wish to book …what’s next?

I will ask for a few more details which then goes into a wedding agreement.

This is simply an agreement between – you aka the happy couple and me aka Shauna your wedding photographer

You will also receive a copy of my Terms & Conditions and that is all the boring (but necessary) paperwork complete.

So, how do secure my date?

I will ask for a small deposit to secure your date.

The remaining balance is then due one calendar month before your wedding date.

Do we meet before the big day?

I try my very best to meet all my couples before their big day – location depending.

If we are some distance apart then we can always schedule a video call.

We will go through a pre wedding check list and run through the schedule of your whole day.

You can tell me all about your plans and visions.

Along with any specific group shots, special people, moments or details that you wish for me to try an capture.

How & when do I receive my images?

Your images are delivered to you around 8-10 weeks after your wedding.

This may change during busy periods, but I will be sure to inform you of this if this is the case.

They are presented via an online private gallery which is password protected, but also available to share with your family and friends if you wish to do so.

This also comes along with a print release form, releasing all images rights to you for personal use for printing.

I do also politely ask that you try to avoid adding your own filters to the images, I will spend a long time editing your images to make them look as wonderful as possible.
