When we were looking for a photographer for our wedding, we knew that we wanted our day to be captured in a casual way with not too many posed shots - when we come across Shauna’s Instagram, it fit our brief perfectly, with a mixture of documentary style with some portraits within.
Before the day, Shauna sent a questionnaire to get to know more about our day and what we wanted and then had a zoom call with us to run through everything in more detail. In that meeting, Shauna was so friendly, chatty and really took the time to listen to what we wanted.
On the day, Shauna arrived to capture the bride (myself) and bridesmaids getting ready and from the moment she got there, she fitted right in! I didn’t even notice she was there most of the time, she was just in the background working her magic!
Throughout the day, Shauna felt like one of our friends at the wedding, she fitted into our day seamlessly and she really understood our vibe and what photos we wanted through the day, from our initial meeting! We also had a content creator, and they worked amazingly together. We loved having them at our wedding!
Shauna is amazing at her job, we have said to our family and friends, she was so good at controlling the photos so that we didn’t have too much time away from our day/guests and was so friendly and professional to everyone!
We received our preview gallery just a couple of days after our wedding, which was an amazing turnaround as we can’t believe how many there were! The photos are INCREDIBLE, we looked at them in awe - how did she make our day look exactly how it felt/how we envisioned our photos to look? Amazing. We can’t wait to see the full gallery!
Shauna is genuinely an amazing and lovely person and if you want your photographer to just feel like another one of your friends at your wedding, but get incredible photos from it, Shauna is the one for you!!
